Leading a stakeholder engagement tour for the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education focused on an reimagining of the educator preparation program approval process. Through a mixed-method approach that includes case study interviews, stakeholder town halls, and survey data collection, this process is supporting the mission of incorporating foundational anti-racist practices and the deepening of program instructional goals for teacher candidates across the Commonwealth.
